Credit Card Management Services, Inc. strongly believes in protecting the confidentiality and security of the information that we collect about our customers. We are committed to assuring the privacy of individuals and/or families who have contacted us for assistance and we assure you that all information shared both orally and in writing will be managed within legal and ethical considerations.

This notice refers to Credit Card Management Services by using the terms "us," and "we," or "our." This Notice describes our privacy policy and describes how we treat the information we receive (the "Information") about our customers.

Why we collect and how we use Information: We collect and use Information for business purposes with respect to the counseling sessions provided to our clients and, if necessary, the set-up and maintenance of their debt management plans. These business purposes include corresponding with your creditors or their third party affiliates in order to administer the services and process transactions requested by our clients.

How we collect Information: All Information that is necessary for us to provide you with our service is collected by the following means. We get most Information directly from our clients. The Information we collect includes that Information which given to us during their counseling sessions, Information given when applying for a debt management plan, Information we receive from creditors or their third-party affiliates that is necessary to provide clients with our service, Information regarding our clients' transactions with us and Information we receive, at our clients' permission, from a consumer-reporting agency.

How we protect Information: We treat Information in a confidential matter. Our employees are required to protect the confidentiality of Information. Employees may access Information only when there is an appropriate reason to do so. We also maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect Information; these safeguards comply with applicable laws. Employees are required to comply with our established policies.

Information Disclosure: We may disclose any Information when we believe it necessary for the conduct of our services, or where disclosure is required by law. Personal financial information, such as total debt information, income, living expenses, and personal information concerning financial circumstances will be provided to creditors and possibly others with specific authorization. We may disclose some or all of the information that we collect, as described below, to creditors or to their authorized third parties that need this information in order for us to assist you after a counseling session. Information may also be disclosed for auditor research purposes or to law enforcement and regulatory agencies, for example, to help us prevent fraud. Information may be disclosed to others that are outside of Credit Card Management Services, but only those that provide critical support to CCMS in order for us to provide our service, such as companies that process our clients' financial payments. In all other situations, specific nonpublic information may be released to appropriate individuals or agencies only upon a client's written request or when our staff has been served a valid subpoena. We do not disclose, nor do we wish the right to disclose, any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as permitted by law.

Credit Card Management Services, Inc. does not disclose our clients' personal information to Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies. In addition, Credit Card Management Services does not sell or provide our clients' information to third-party marketing agencies or vendors that may sell the information for such purposes.

This Web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our clients to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every Web site that collects personal identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to the information collected by this Web site.

Access to and correction of Information: Generally, upon written request, we will make available Information to our client's for their personal review. Information collected in connection with, or anticipation of, any claim or legal proceeding will not be made available. If a client notifies us that the Information is incorrect, we will review it. If we agree, we will correct our records. If the client does not agree, they may submit a short statement of dispute, which we will include in any future disclosure of Information.

Further Information: In addition to any other privacy notice we may provide, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (the Financial Services Modernization Act) established new privacy standards, and requires us to provide this summary of our privacy policy to our clients once each year.
