Reestablishing your personal finances after bankruptcy is crucial to meeting
your long-term financial goals. Financial education is also required
before discharge of a Chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy.
Credit Card Management Services has partnered with American Center for Credit
Education in order to provide this education course to you. Money in Motion© is
a basic financial literacy program developed by the American Center for Credit
Education.
The goals of Money in Motion© are:

The steps to take when you find yourself in financial trouble
Once you complete the course, you will have met all of the educational
requirements for the Bankruptcy Court and you’ll receive a certificate that you
can give to your attorney, the trustee, or the Court.

Please Note: Each partner in a marriage situation must complete the bankruptcy education program. Please make sure each partner submits a separate Affidavit, Copy of ID, Disclosure and applicable fee to CCMS.
